The odds that they would understand what you say are slim, so you
could just say "mi klama le zarci" or "doi sfofa" with a suitably
angry tone and they will probably get the message.
If you suspect they might actually be a Lojbanist, you could go with a mild:
ko setca lo stedu be do lo ganxo be lo xarju
or if you want to get really nasty:
.a'o do bai lifri lo cnino gismu ca ro djedi pe lo nu do jmive
"May a new gismu be inflicted upon you every day of your life"
or something. Just be creative.
