When I was a kid we used to play a variant in which we constructed a dialogue, with each person seeing only one preceding utterance (of course it only works with 3+ people, the more the better).

Or how about a rule that it must be one brivla with any necessary decorations?

I think that would a little too permissive, and restrictive, all at the same time.
