The way I get in practice when I'm prepping for LogFest is to try to
shift my internal monologue. That is: when I'm just going around
doing things throughout my day, I try to translate as many random
thoughts as I can into Lojban (or have them in Lojban in the first
place, although that's trickier).
(ta'o I always thought that my thoughts were in English; it turns
out from this exercise that that's only half right, and I can't
really explain the other half :)

Lojban (http://www.lojban.org/): The language in which "this parrot
is dead" is "ti poi spitaki cu morsi", but "this sentence is false"
is "na nei". My personal page: http://www.digitalkingdom.org/rlp/
