Yes, there is a typo. Well spotted. And barring this typo, you are correct (meaning that { ko'e mulno ko'i fo ko'o } should just be { ko'e mulno ko'i ko'o } )

Incidentally, how would one about fixing mistakes found in jbovlaste?

If so, then I think my understanding is correct and there is a typo: m4 should be m3, since the "by standard" place of {mulno} is x3.
