I learned my pronunciation mostly from listening from the speech samples in

http://www.lojban.org/tiki/tiki-index.php?page=Parallel+2

(selecting '0' from it's menu gives you samples specifically to guide
your pronunciation)

That means I speak Lojban with a slight accent, but AFAICS it's within
acceptable bounds. Griatch takes considerable care to enunciate words
clearly and with correct emphasis, and was helped in this task by
Xorxes, another long-time Lojbanist.
