It's true that the a sound in your name doesn't exist in Lojban.  The 
closest you can get is {a}.  {bradli} is a good lojbanization, except 
that names cannot end with vowels.  Most people add an {s} to the end 
of the word to make it a proper cmene: {bradlis.}.
