Pronunciationwise, there can't be that much difference between
the two. The phoneme inventory of Lojban is almost identical
to the one of Esperanto. The only differences I can think of are
that Lojban treats "ts", "tc" and "dj" as two phonemes and
Esperanto as one, and that Esperanto doesn't have Lojban's "y".
If Esperanto assumes that you can pronounce most European
languages, then so does Lojban.
