Because ' can only go between two vowels, for one thing.
To decompose a sound stream also requires stress indication and all
mandatory pauses filled in, which you have not done. In particular,
without emphasis indicated that could break down as:
.i misku cu la'i lojban
I don't think it can break any more badly than that, though.
