Speaking of which, could someone possibly convince the list to stop
emitting mail with headers containing non-ASCII characters?  Such
things are rather grossly nonconformant (2822 specifies that header are
ASCII; 2047 provides an encoding to support non-ASCII content, but the
encoded content is always ASCII) and I regularly see logs of mail
rejected for having such headers sent from the usual list-from address.
I can't account for them as forgery spew, especially since most the
forgeries I get do conform, and I've yet to see even one conformant
forgery message from the list address.

If it matters, I can probably arrange to capture an example the next
time this occurs - just tell me what to do with it.
