Understanding the phrase 'sakci pinxe' to mean something on the order of 
'suckingly drinks' or 'sucking sort of drinker--a drinker who does so in 
some way connected with sucking, with varying pressures', and the phrase 
regarding the baby to be 'lojbanically' phrased as 'eating by means of 
drinking in a sucking manner' or 'suckingly/drinkingly eating'  or sakci 
pinxe citka , sakpixcti

sakpinxe would be to suckingly imbibe a beverage...
