It's part question and part command.
Ask yourself this again after you have become fluent in Lojban and all
the parts of this sentence are second nature to you. I suspect it
will be a lot more meaningful then.

I have to confess that I can't make much sense of "mi dunda ma ko." The
best I can come up with is "Act such that I give you something, and tell
me what it is that I will give you."
