Maybe {malsku} for "swear".
Know how to do something and learn how to do something are not really
djuno and cilre, which are about knowing and learning facts about
something. Learning how to swear is not the same thing as learning
facts about how to swear. You can learn a lot of facts about how to
ride a bicycle, but that doesn't mean you know how to ride one.
"Knowing how" is more like {kakne}. You could say: {ko kakne lo nu
malsku bau la lojban}, which does not exactly say "learn" but it
has the same effect: "Be able to swear in lojban!". "Learn" would
be more like {ka'erbi'o}, "become able", but in this case I think
{kakne} would suffice, how else could you be able if not by becoming
able?
