There are rather a lot of errors in that sentence.  It has no
selbri, and names (like vulkan and borg) must have la or doi in
front of them.

How about:

la .lojban. na mintu la .vulkan. .a la .borg.

(the borg have a language?)

To mirror your original structure you could also do:

la .lojban. na me la .vulkan. gi'a na me la .borg.
