Well, Lojban has a good website which I'm sure you're aware of: 
http://www.lojban.org. I suggest you start with 
http://www.lojban.org/en/beginners.html. There are many resources 
available from the main Lojban web site. Work through the beginner's 
textbook and ask simple questions in Lojban on this mailing list!
