[lojban-beginners] Offline jbofi'e?

I'm just wondering if there's anything like the jbofi'e presented on
lojban.org that's available for download and use offline.  I tried
using the parser/analyser listed under the software tools there, but
what I found seemed either inconvenient or just plain unworkable. 
I love the way it works on the website, and it seems like something
like that should be just as easy to implement without necessarily being
hooked up to the internet.  No real pressure, though, just kind
of...wondering.
