No.

I'd just put the two next to one another: {coi .nei,omis. do'u coi rodo do'u
mi'e .skat.}.

Though then you'd need the terminator {do'u} if you want them to be next to
one another rather than have the second be part of the first etc.

I don't know whether there's an explicit co-ordinator that can be used here.
