In principle, it wouldn't make sense, because ca indicates
simultaneity with the reference point, and zi/za/zu indicate
the magnitude of separation from the reference point.
Since the combinations are grammatical however,
they can be used to indicate an approximate simultaneity.
For example:
{ca zi} "right about then"
{ca za} "around that time"

I prefer to use zi/za/zu to tag the magnitude of the
displacement rather than the reference point, so
{ca za lo mentu be li so'u} could be "around that
time, give or take a few minutes".
