To quote from the Jbovlaste main page:
"All content is public domain. By submitting content, you agree to place 
it in the public domain to the fullest extent allowed by local law."

So you CAN do it if you want to.

It should be noted that now is not the best time to get a printed version 
of the PDF dictionary. There are many typographical changes planned, but 
not implemented. One of the worst problem are incorrect sorting order and 
the lack of non-ASCII letters.
