If you look at the bottom of any jbovlaste page you'll see the following
disclaimer:
All content is public domain. By submitting content, you agree to place
it in the public domain to the fullest extent allowed by local law.
So, you may certainly feel free to do whatever you want with the data
contained in jbovlaste, including selling it on cafepress. If you want
to donate profits to the LLG, so much the better.
