I'm the one responsible for what the dictionary looks like. I chose
8.5x11 because I figured most people would be printing it out at home,
on their printers. (Or at work. ;)

I can produce it with whatever margins and dimensions you have a use
for. Decide what you want (once), and let me know.

Considering I have access to, and wrote the stuff which makes the PDF
file in the first place, I can generate it to your specifications.

Responding to other comments:

Selling something in the public domain doesn't violate the spirit of it.
Especially not in this case, when we knew exactly what the ramifications
of public domainness would be.

That said, it would put a smile on my face if a dollar or two made its
way to the LLG per copy of this. Think of it as a group investment in
getting the dictionary printed for real.

The "planned changes" to the typography of the dictionary do not
seriously affect the English version. But they're not likely to be
completed any time soon, because they require Serious Dark TeX Voodoo
to fix the last bugs. (Really. I have more than some small idea
what I'm doing with (La)TeX, and I havn't been able to get it to work,
so it is nontrivial.)

Oh, and I'll be sad if it goes up for sale in a CafePress shop and the
seller disappers and an old version is on sale for forever and ever.
If you're going to sell it, make sure you keep in touch and keep your
version up to date.
