But it's not in jbovlaste. I think the whole list or at least a good
part has been translated to French too, but again, it hasn't been
loaded to jbovlaste.

is why I believe it would be good to have multiple levels of access
permissions on jbovlaste. One would allow the proposal of new official
lujvo, another would allow mere translation for those who don't feel
ready to contribute new lujvo. As Wikipedia has demonstrated, allowing
mass involvement creates a positive feedback loop. As people contribute
more, no matter their level of ability, they feel more invested and
start to learn more. As they learn more, they contribute more both in
quantity and quality.
