Yes.

{go'i} retains the meaning, not the words.
If you want to retain the words, then you can do so with {ra'o}:
A: mi do prami
B: go'i ra'o
A: I love you
B: Me too (i.e. and I love you)
If B didn't use {ra'o} there they would be saying "yes, you do".
