I found three gismu (using LogFlash) that have all three types of short rafsi.

bloti 'boat' lot/blo/lo'i
condi 'deep' con/cno/coi
rotsu 'thick' rot/tsu/ro'u

Yup. You are the third or fourth person to point this out. I did not notice these at the time. Also, the brodV gismu have no four-letter rafsi, as this would cause ambiguity.
