How would you explain to English speaking person pronunciation of Lojban's sound {r} (some examples?)? The problem is that English "r" is rather specific and essentially differs from Russian, Spanish, German and French "r". I know that in Lojban pronunciation of {r} is quit arbitrary but I am not sure that it is enough arbitrary to allow English pronunciation. What do you think?
