Alternative phrasings are welcome. Like all of us, I'm just a beginner at
lojban.

Unfortunately, there can often be ambiguity about this topic in the
outside world. Maybe one day we'll all live the simple Siberia life when
it comes to legal matters.

Would you please upload the source to the same place where the program is
available?
Maybe someone who's knowledgable with both Delphi/Pascal and the various
free toolkits can make heads-or-tails of it.
(I programmed in Pascal ten years ago -- maybe I'd understand enough of
the idea to make a linux version, maybe not. If not me, someone else
might.)
