Not uniquely parseable because you haven't indicated stress.

letaBRAdicuBARda

is uniquely parseable and, in fact, both camxes
(http://teddyb.org/~rlpowell/hobbies/lojban/grammar/) and valfendi
(http://phma.hn.org/Language/valfendi.html) break it up correctly.

It may interest you to know that without stress indicated, both of
them decide that the phrase is "le ta bradicubarda", where that last
bit is a fu'ivla.
