You can always find at least a partial transcription on the Lojban web
site. Here is a page with links to all of them:

The transcripts are lengthy, but incomplete. I'm sorry; I wish it were
otherwise, but the more time I spend typing the episodes the less time
I spend making new ones. I understand the value you get from the
transcripts and I strongly agree about the need for them.

An easy way for any English speakers to help the Lojban community
without needing any skills in Lojban is to complete the unfinished
transcripts of the second and third episodes of jbocradi.

Listen to the podcast using one of the links on the transcript pages
of the wiki:
