should be:
lu do zanvi'e mi le terdi pe la vulkan. li'u se cusku la spok.
"[I] welcome you on [my] Earth of Vulcan", says Spok.

You could also use {rinsa} instead of {zanvi'e}, and {plini} instead
of {terdi}:
lu mi rinsa do mu'i lenu do ba'o klama la vulkan. noi plini li'u cusku la spok.

Maybe you meant {mi gleki lenu do ba'o klama ti} ?

{ca} should obviously go between {ko} and {klama}:

lu ko ca klama la enterpris. fu la transporter. li'u se cusku la kirk.
"Go [now] to "Enterprais" on "Transporter", says Kirk.

Paste a Lojban text there and see the translation.
If it outputs nothing, then most likely your Lojban is ungrammatical.
