Neither is a special form of the other. A seltcana is anything that can be
represented as a graph in graph theory. This includes the Internet, the set
of airports and their connecting flights, and the set of post offices and
post roads. A seltcana can be a velsku; a piece of paper and the air can also
be velsku.
