I don't know what your sentence means exactly, but I would say
it is true in any case. :)

I'd say that "P iteju Q" means "whether or not P and whether or not Q",
a complete tautology.

{pe do'e la lizbet.} is equivalent to {poi co'e la lizbet.}, nothing strange
there except that it's a bit redundant since {pe} by itself is basically
the same thing.

{la xenrix. pe fo la djein.} is indeed weird.
