[lojban-beginners] Re: jbovlaste

Dmitry, I've wanted this for a long time! I'm on my Ubuntu computer
right now, and I don't know how to find this folder in the Linux
filesystem. But I will install it on my Windows computer as soon as
time permits.

If there is anyone else out there who also wishes to create Lojban
tools for the Firefox web browser, here is an idea for you. There is a
plugin called "gTranslate" that lets you right-click any selected text
and shows the translation into English on the drop-down menu, using
Google Translation service.

It would be great to have something similar to that, which uses the
same engine as this:

Though, maybe, I am inventing a wheel, but, this discussion pushed me to
write simple Mozilla search plugin for jvoblaste.

You can download it here: http:\\ratson.narod.ru

It is not a site, just page with several links on it, plugin is first link.

Currently, in order to install plugin, you should copy it to folder
"searchplugins" in your Mozilla (Firefox) directory, in my case it is
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\searchplugins"; and then restart Mozilla.

This plugin is very draft (it took 15 minutes to write it), and any
changes are welcome.
