A "cu" is needed after the relative clause:
le ninmu poi se prami mi cu pu cliva ...

No it isn't.  It's allowed, but you don't need it.

I have read that {fe'o} is used for "The Email is
over"; but isn't {mu'o} appropriate?

The use of {fe'o} isn't restricted to emails. It can also
mean the "The End" at the end of a text, for example.
You can also see lots of {mu'o}'s used in emails on
this list.

Yeah, most usage has settled on {mu'o} for the end of an email, with {fe'o}
being the end of a conversation.
