Basically it can go anywhere, as long as it's terminated properly so that it
doesn't interfere with the other phrases.
Right, {ca le cabdei} is an unnumbered term. Unnumbered terms can go
in any term postion. Unmarked numbered terms have to be ordered, and
the only requirement for them is that the first one goes before the selbri.
Is there a difference in topicality or emphasis in each version above?
Probably.
If some of the terms had outer quantifiers, then the order would make a
difference though. For example:
(1) mi finti ca ro le djedi su'o le karni selsku
I create each day at least one of the journal entries.
(2) mi finti su'o le carni selsku ca ro le djedi
I create at least one of the journal entries every day.
In (1), I may create each day a different journal entry, whereas in (2) at
least one of the journal entries is such that it is created every day, so
(2) does not make a lot of sense.
