If you mean to ask, can you stress them so that they become a lujvo,
then no. If you mean, can you stress E in re'a and have them be
interpreted the same (as two cmavo), then I think yes. I think there
might be a danger of confusion if you say them directly after a
brivla, and you don't stress the brivla.
