I would suggest you look into the Lojban IRC channel
(http://www.lojban.org/tiki/tiki-index.php?page=Lojban%20IRC).  There are
almost always some well learned lojbanists hanging around.  We rarely bite.
It sounds like you're looking for one-on-one, but sometimes talking to a
group is the easiest way to get a quick answer.
