That's my understanding, too. At least for non-natlangs -- while they
had "Hacker" and Klingon and such at the beginning, I thought they
said at some point they weren't going to add any more such languages,
and would only accept natural languages.

(Which makes sense if you consider their goal to increase
accessibility -- and I highly doubt that there is anyone who speaks
Lojban better than one of the languages already supported by Google.)
