{la'o py. Manila .py} is the city, not the name of the city:
{lo tcadu po'u la'o py. Manila .py}

{zoi py. Manila .py} would be the name.

I prefer {lo tcadu po'u la'o py. Manila .py}

Nice. I prefer {pilpino}. I assume that this fu'ivla would take the
same place structure as any cultural gismu suck as glico:

glico x1 is English/pertains to English-speaking culture in aspect x2

so then:

pilpino x1 is Pilipino/pertains to Pilipino-speaking culture in aspect x2

So then this would result on:

zi lo jeftu be li re mi [pu] co'a pidversra lo mi bimoi be lo'i verba
be'o ne lo pilpino ke cmalu. nixli poi xabju lo tcadu po'u la'o py.
