More like "brightly derogatory expression"; carmi there doesn't make
much sense, and it really should be {se mabla}; the x1 of mabla is
the swear word, the x2 is the thing you're swearing at.

Add [happiness] to the end there and you're fine.

The fact that you had trouble with Person A, by the way, is not
something you should take as *your* problem.
