  Also, I should add, you're interpreting tigni to be more or less the
same as zukte, whereas I believe it refers more to an actual
acting/performing/entertaining type thing..

OK, I have to ask.  I translated the joke (rather literally) as "What
justifies the continuing state of none of those who have sex being
married?  They are single." -- is that right?  I still don't really
get the joke.
