[lojban-beginners] Internet Terms

Howdy,

Is there a list anywhere for various Internet terms? One I'm looking
for in general is "internet connection" or "network connection". The
only reference to a network I could find is a "nerve network," which
isn't exactly what I'm looking for. Would I combine that with computer
to make it a "computer type nerve network connection"? (samnir?) Of
course, you don't actually need a computer to connect to a network, so
maybe dicnir (electric type nerve network connection?) or mi'inir
(machine...) or something else? Is there already a name for the
Internet in Lojban?
Also, jorne (and lasna, too) seems to be referencing more of a
physical connecting than a conceptual connection like connecting to a
server, is there a term that would work better for talking about
connecting to a server or network?

Sorry if this is a bit babbly, I have a bit of a cold right now and my
brain isn't working as well as it probably should.
