relxilma'e.

I prefer relsexi'u ("two-wheeler") because it has a simpler place
structure (only two places, instead of the five for relxilma'e) but
relxilma'e is also possible, sure.

{relselxi'u} means "has two wheels", but doesn't imply that it is
used to go anywhere.

A lujvo doesn't need to contain a complete definition. {relselxi'u} doesn't
really mean "has two wheels" any more than {pavyseljirna} means
"has one horn". {se xislu re da} means "has two wheels". {relselxi'u},
being a lujvo, can have a more restricted or specific meaning. (Not that
it can be said to mean "bicycle" for sure at this point, but it's a good bet
that it will mean just that or something very similar.)
