Heh.  You missed all the pages that *don't* say that, like

In fact, www.lojban.org is controlled/run/whatever by the LLG, in
the guise of me, its secretary.  That warning is because random
people are free to edit most of the pages.

None of us except Arnt are academics, and I don't think Arnt knows
anyone in India.
