I'd say it's ",e"; "'e" is pronounced "he".

Good one! But "trough" is "trof"; I'd say "see-troon". (Don't feel bad; "ough" 
is one of the worst bugaboos of English spelling. The Tough Coughs as he 
Ploughs the Dough.)
