Is there any simple generally-recognized way to use
sound effects in lojban? For example: ca le nu lemi bruna cu tirna le nu mi tavla fi lo lojbau kei
kei by cu cusku zo klik Does that work? Does that say what I want it to
say? I think it does, because zo is a "magic word" and klik
looks like a cmene, but what if I wanted it inside an utterance, like, "The
dog says, 'Arf!, I want some meat.'"? Would I have to say the
extremely clunky: le gerku cu cusku lu zoi gy arf gy .i mi djica tu'a lo rectu
li'u ? Also, while I'm on the subject, is there a way to put
connectors between FA pieces? I would have really liked to have said
something in the first sentence like (ungramattical) "…. mi tavla fi jabo fo lo lojbau…."
(in other words, when I talk in or about lojban…)
