Correct, with a minor caveat for cmavo.
However I
*think* it's forbidden to stress a syllable immediately preceding a
mandatorily-stressed syllable, eg. you may say {so'u GERku} or {SO'u
GERku}, but not {so'U GERku}. If it's not forbidden, it's at least
bad practice. Can anyone clarify?
What you cannot do is put a final stress on a cmavo that is followed
immediately by an UNSTRESSED syllable of a brivla, unless you
put a pause between them. Otherwise {MU pliVALsi} becomes {mupli valsi},
for example.
Other than that restriction on cmavo, they can be freely stessed.
There are no restrictions on cmevla stress.
2) dropping the spaces between cmavo does not turn two (or more) words
into one. {.oinairo'a} is three words; you can tell because there are
no consonant pairs.
