yes, they are, like skaryzgik told you.
this commonly happens when people want to say "hi, i'm here!" and they
say {coi mi zvati} which means something like "hello me! something's
here." instead. i usually use {coi .i mi zvati}, but that's entirely a
matter of taste IMO.
