Yes, those are both valid, and so is {mi'e la tim}.
{mi'e}, and all other members of selma'o COI, can be followed by:
(1) a cmevla or series of cmevla: {mi'e tim}, {mi'e tim tam tum}, etc.
(2) a selbri: {mi'e pendo}, {mi'e pendo be do}, etc.
(3) a sumti (including connected sumti): {mi'e la tim}, {mi'e la tim e
la djein},
{mi'e le klama}, {mi'e mi}, {mi'e da}, {mi'e zo mi'e}, {mi'e lu dei
jufra li'u}, etc.
(4) the terminator {do'u}: {mi'e do'u}.
In addition, relative clauses can be inserted before or after the cmevla
or selbri (a sumti already allows for relative clauses).
