Stage 4 fu'ivla can begin with a vowel, and the vowel must be preceded by a
pause, which separates it from the previous word. The word also must not be
of a form that one can remove all the initial vowels and apostrophes and have
a valid word. Thus {agbakate} is valid because a word can't begin with {gb},
{aizdo} and {io'imbe} are valid because {zdo} and {mbe} are monosyllabic, and
{eskrima} is valid because {skrima} is a slinku'i. On the other hand,
{ioskiamo} is invalid because {skiamo} is valid - though xorxes disagrees
with me on that.
