I very much encourage you to do so; Lojban is short on original
fiction (my own http://www.lojban.org/tiki/la+nicte+cadzu is the
only piece more than a few paragraphs I'm aware of, in fact, but I'm
probably missing something), and while that's not exactyl the same,
it's pretty close.

Various people have looked at the "John Carter Of Mars" stuff; I
think some has already been done. Lovecraft is also popular.

I wouldn't put the "." in the middle, and the capitals are
redundant. It's actually the "uy" thing I'm not sure about,
although it's probably legal in names.
The other option is pseudo-meaningful coining, like {.rolselbang.}
(the brivla form would be {rolselbau}; ro + se + bangu).
