I was trying to increase my Lojban vocabulary when I was starting my first semester of Latin. I got funny associations when I got to words like "verba" (which in latin is children). Actually the Latin professor had a recommendation to people learning multiple languages at a time: Make flashcards with words in one on one side and the other in the other. So for you, Russian on one side and Lojban on the other. I didn't try it, but I've been told it works very well.

Thanks! Has anyone else tried to learn another language at the same time as Lojban? On Sun, Jul 11, 2010 at 3:51 PM, Lindar <lindarthebard@yahoo.com> wrote:
Lojban isn't that difficult. Memorising vocabulary may be a little
difficult because you've increased your workload by a few thousand
more words, but Lojban grammar isn't that difficult.
